Data modeling and analysis

  • You build and continuously develop data models to analyze trends in customer and contract histories in conjunction with survey data.
  • You conduct comprehensive analyses of the factors influencing the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Your work will include examining customer behavior, contract attributes, and demographic and geographic factors.
  • You analyze open customer feedback using appropriate text analysis methods.
  • Based on existing data models, you will develop typical customer profiles.
  • In doing so, you incorporate customer, product, contract and communication characteristics into your analyses.

Insights and communication

  • You prepare complex analysis results in an understandable, structured and target-group-oriented manner for different specialist areas.
  • You present your results to specialist departments and management.
  • From your analyses, you derive concrete strategic recommendations for action.
  • You translate technical data requirements into concrete use cases for the respective departments.

Monitoring und Reporting

  • You will iteratively develop an existing dashboard with relevant customer experience KPIs.
  • You ensure the ongoing maintenance and up-to-dateness of the dashboard.
  • You ensure a transparent presentation of key performance indicators.
  • This will help you support specialist departments and management in making data-driven decisions.
  • Coordination and cooperation
  • You coordinate technical requirements with the central data warehouse team.
  • You will work closely with various departments and technical contacts.
