Assesses and documents patient’s status on admission and continuously thereafter including procedural areas Develops written plan of care, including long and short range goals and nursing actions. #LI-MB1 Inpatient Units: Required: · Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan. · BLS · ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer for units specified: 2 Central, 4 Central, CCU, ICU, PCU, ER, and 12 South Additional Qualifications of Specialty Units Cardiovascular Services / CVCU Required: · Minimum of two years of experience required in a cardiac critical care unit, step down unit such as 12T, 9T, 4C, PACU, etc OR in a cardiac cath lab OR in an emergency department. · ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer Preferred: Previous experience in pulling arterial lines or venous sheaths Knowledge of Intra-aortic Balloon Pumps Cath Lab Required: · Minimum of two years of experience required in a cardiac critical care unit (2C, CCU, ICU), step down units (4C, 9T, 12T), Emergency Department, PACU, Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab or Neuro Interventional Procedures Lab. · ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer Preferred: · Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cath Lab. · CCRN certification.
