As an Outside Sales Representative for FlexDecks, Inc., this individual is directly responsible for qualifying leads, managing and cultivating customer relations and nurturing customers from beginning to end of the sale. This individual must be self-driven, enthusiastic about their job and able to work independently with others within in the company. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Outside Sales Representative must be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities. Physical Demands Position, though usually within the confines of an enclosed office building, may require work in an open fabrication shop and working at height. Temperatures, as well as humidity, fluctuate in accordance with the season. Noise levels range from moderate to loud but tolerable. At customer sites or entrance to the fabrication shop, Personal Protection Equipment may be required, including but not limited to Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Hard Hat and Safety Shoes.
