Job Description We are currently managing the capital works programme of works for a large investor developer and are seeking a skilled client side construction project manager to lead the delivery of these works across the ACT. • Experience delivering construction focused capital projects and navigating technical, commercial and contractual matters. • The ability to develop, manage and deliver a pipeline of complex projects. • Strong capability across the full project lifecycle including design management, procurement and construction delivery • Solid understanding of Australian Standard consultancy and construction contracts, standards and codes • Demonstrated ability to run projects with minimal oversight • Monitor schedules and follow up to ensure timely progression • Review consultant submissions and technical documentation Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (desirable) A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with the confidence to advise, negotiate and influence at senior levels.
