Champion a culture of safety excellence and Zero Harm across all sites Lead and support the delivery of key CI initiatives across the Southern Region Analyze and optimise operational methods, plant layout, and materials handling Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and productivity Facilitate 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, and Lean activities Mentor and train site teams in CI tools and methodologies Manage minor engineering and process improvement projects to high technical standards About You You’re a natural problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You’re confident working with diverse stakeholders and can influence change across all levels of the business to take them on the change journey. 3–5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement Manager role (preferred) or a seasoned Process Engineer looking to make the next step CI. Experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments (Plastics, Steel, FMCG, Heavy Manufacturing. Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical, preferred).
