Our hospital is supported by a highly skilled team of specialists, emergency veterinarians, nurses and support staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a practical, people-focused leader who can support our clinical teams, ensure the hospital runs smoothly day-to-day, and help drive a positive, collaborative culture. About the Role The Hospital Manager is responsible for the overall operational leadership of the hospital, ensuring the team is supported, systems run efficiently, and patients receive outstanding care. Working closely with the Business Manager, clinical leadership team and Greencross support teams, the Hospital Manager will oversee staffing, workflow, service delivery, and operational performance.
