Provide direct coaching and professional development for your team of 6, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability and excellence. Manage the sales pipeline across two states, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals. Act as the senior escalation point for high-value Direct clients and internal stakeholders within the Publishing division. Streamline workflows between Business Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless campaign execution and superior client service. Collaborate with product and editorial teams to identify new commercial opportunities within the Nine Publishing ecosystem.
