You will be accountable for the management of tenancy agreements, delivery of reporting to the client and regulatory bodies related to tenancy and lease management and will be a central point of contact for tenants to facilitate providing cost effective and efficient management of properties within the portfolio. This role is a Full-time Monday to Friday role. This position will require some overtime when needed. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in end-to-end Property Management. You will have experience in processing end of month reports and have a thorough understanding of residential property management and relevant legislation. You are a positive, and effective communicator who has a strong work ethic and excellent customer service without compromising on quality or safety. Diligence and attention to detail are of high importance in this role as well as a sense of urgency for meeting deadlines.
