The Opportunity

As our exceptional Pharmacy Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the pharmacy. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing pharmacy team

Oversee all aspects of the dispensary and front-of-shop operations

Drive sales, KPIs and financial performance of the pharmacy

Manage rostering, wages and stock to meet budget targets

Ensure compliance with all professional and legislative requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service and promote clinical services

Partner with the Group Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Owner to implement business strategies and growth initiatives

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will influence the customer experience, coach and mentor employees, and ensure the commercial success of the pharmacy.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

About You

You are an experienced pharmacist who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or an established Pharmacy Manager looking for a new challenge.

You will:

Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

Have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

Have 2 years of demonstrated leadership and people management experience

Be commercially aware and motivated to achieve business outcomes

Be confident managing both dispensary and retail operations

Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and clinical services in a community pharmacy environment

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
