Your core mission is to learn about school challenges and articulate how Compass solutions can help teachers, administrators and school leaders focus on the important stuff - enabling schools to drive increased parent engagement, spend less time on administration and more time delivering great learning experiences. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations (in person and virtually), work with various stakeholders across schools whilst partnering internally with our Customer Success team to ensure the best school experience for our prospective schools. You will also: Generate new business opportunities from both incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation. Learn, leverage and contribute to refining our lead generation process. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team & Marketing teams to develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan. Keep up to date on the Compass product and participate in regular training & informational sessions. Support and attend local and national marketing events.
