Providing high level administrative support to a broad range of projects and committees including minute taking, coordinating agendas and papers and other support as required. Maintaining a smooth workflow through the office and ensure that senior staff receive all briefing papers and background information prior to meetings. Supporting project delivery including the management of steering committee meetings and the administrative support required to ensure productive outcomes of such committees. Assisting in the development and management of business plans, policies, and processes to support high quality service delivery. Experience in committee management including agendas, documentation preparation and minute taking.
