About the Role As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day assistant and leadership, supporting strategic direction across the food and beverage operation of the resort; maximising financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining unique guest experiences, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of the resort, its product offerings and brand in the local community.
