Job Description Develop and implement a BI strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers. Promote AI adoption and develop a data culture among users. Manage resources, timelines, and priorities. Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Develop advanced analytics (predictive, prescriptive, AI, ML). Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security. Implement and enforce data governance policies.
