We are seeking a Sales Manager (SG & MY) responsible for territory sales, building strong growth and guiding and developing the team.
This position is part of the commercial team located in Singapore and will be a
remote role.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• At least 8 years of experience in related field application, sales & marketing experience.
• Prior work experience in Life Sciences sector
• Consistent track record establishing relationships with dealers and channel partners
• Proficient with business software (MS office, SFDC, advanced MS Excel / Power BI at a minimum)

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• DBS (Danaher Business System)
• Data analytics e.g. Power BI/Tableau or similar

• Lead and develop the team’s capabilities to fulfil corporate objectives on financial performance, talent development & retention, risk management and customer experiences

• Responsible for clinical Flow Cytometer direct sales of hospital and clinical CRO market in Singapore
• Drive to meet or exceed booking/revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy and global product growth initiatives
• Set and manage relevant targets/quotas with internal Singapore sales team and Singapore & Malaysia distributors and continually monitor performance throughout the year.
• Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross-functional group to achieve company goals
• Allocate resources and obtain appropriate resources to meet company’s business objective & customer requirements
