Firefly Counselling is looking for an Account Receivable Clerk.
The position comes with many perks, which includes Hybrid working (mostly from home) and having the freedom and flexibility with whatever schedule works best for you. (Excluding Bi-Weekly Commission Deadlines).
The job would include:
· Accounts Receivable
· Bi-Weekly Billings
· Reconciliations
· Follow up with 3rd party payors
· Managing Reports
· Follow up internally with clinicians and admin
· Commission Reports
·Maintain Customer Profiles
·Possible Admin Cover and Office Maintenance
The job is primarily working from home with an option to work from the Sherwood Park office if you prefer. Must visit the office 2-3x a week to pick up/tackle paperwork.
The clinic runs 8am to 9pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-5pm Friday-Sunday and we are open 365 days per year.
Expected qualifications include:
· Previous Financial Work Experience
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· An interest in mental health and caring about the well-being of others
· A hard-working individual
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
·Expert at Planning and Organization
· Self- Starter
