The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring projects aimed at improving environmental quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainability initiatives and make a meaningful impact on our community and the environment. Responsibilities: - Assess environmental impact of projects and develop strategies to mitigate negative effects. - Design systems for pollution control, waste management and environmental remediation. - Conduct field surveys and sampling to monitor environmental conditions. - Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. - Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders. - Engage with clients and communities to promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives. - Lead and mentor junior staff and project teams to enhance their performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience as an Environmental Engineer, preferably in a UAE setting or similar environment. - Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards in the UAE. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Arabic is a plus. - Proficiency in environmental modeling software and data analysis tools. - Passion for sustainability and demonstrated commitment to environmental protection.
