Job Description Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, and based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley, this role will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of our internal professional development training and programs that continue to build organisational capability, enhance leadership effectiveness and support a high-performance culture across BESIX Watpac. The key responsibilities of this position include: Lead the end-to-end delivery and coordination of the BESIX Watpac Graduate, Management and Leadership professional development programs and events; Ensure continued implementation of the BESIX Watpac leadership development framework nationally in conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager; Act as a primary point of contact for queries on matters relating to learning and development including training courses, workshops and activities; Support organisational coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen leadership capability; Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and educational institutions in accordance with meeting our training requirements; Plan, design and facilitate face-to-face training and workshops to selected target groups as required; Proactively research the latest trends in leadership development and organisational learning to ensure continuous improvement in training programs and course offerings; Maintain reporting, keep accurate employee training records, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience: Tertiary degree in HR, psychology or relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience; Strong experience in the delivery and coordination of leadership and capability programs within a medium to large organisation; Highly developed facilitation and presentation skills; Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously within set time frames; Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus and emphasis on coaching and influencing skills.
