Then role is responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. Managing a team that facilitates medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs and the associated team. Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Oversee large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
