The Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer is responsible for performing daily quality reviews on completed work requests processed by the various teams within Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan® administration. In addition, this role is responsible for providing training and mentorship for team members.
As the successful candidate, you will provide support, and field questions throughout the day. You will identify business process improvements and suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedures while you document our processes and maintain training materials. This position requires excellent time management and strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in both English and French.
You will be an essential component of the team, ensuring we maintain a high level of accuracy and provide our clients and partners with a quality product and exceptional customer service.
