Employment Type: Temporary (4-month term, with potential extension to 9 months)
Start Date: To be negotiated, but not later than September 29, 2025
Hours: Full-time, Days, Monday to Friday
Key duties include:
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Administrative support for Architects, Engineers, Technologists, and Financial Services
· Managing email correspondence
· Scheduling appointments and meetings
· Filing and organizing physical and digital documents
· Printing, copying and scanning materials
· Ordering and maintaining office supplies
· Keeping common areas tidy and organized
· Helping with event planning and internal initiatives
· Other duties as assigned
