Electrical Foreman The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading the electrical discipline across the operational fleet and equipment in all basins. Mentor staff, support career development, and facilitate competency sign-offs. Collaborate with Maintenance Managers and Director regarding employee promotions. Manage and lead major projects designated by the Director or VP, including fleet upgrades and major component overhauls. Ensure all basins operate in compliance with company policy and Quality Manual standards. Develop, implement, and revise procedures within the Electrical discipline. Review and update SOPs as necessary and ensure employees are properly trained on revisions. Enforce safe work practices and PPE requirements in all shop environments. Assist in development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Continuously identify improvements in equipment reliability, shop processes, and operational efficiency.
