En tant que Machine Learning Engineer, vous devrez : Mettre en production des modèles Machine Learning Maîtriser des infrastructures Cloud pour de la science des données Coordonner l’avancement de projets entre les Data Scientists, Platform et Backend Engineers, et le contributeur métier En parallèle, dans le cadre des activités internes du cabinet, votre participation s’articule autour des axes suivants : Les efforts de recherche internes (IA générative, Computer Vision, …) Le développement ou le renforcement de nos offres au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de supports internes et externes... La politique de publication (blogs sectoriels, études, parution presse...) Le développement commercial en contribuant à la définition des besoins et en participant aux actions commerciales. Qualifications Pour réussir en tant que Machine Learning Engineer à Sia Partners, vous : Avez une formation en École d'Ingénieur ou une formation de haut niveau dans le domaine du traitement de l'information. Disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine du Machine Learning. Avez de l’expérience sur l’utilisation de Large Language Models (LLMs) en production. Avez une excellente connaissance de Python et de ses outils de ML, tels que PyTorch, Pandas, Tensorflow, ... Avez de l’expérience sur le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de systèmes dotés de modèles de Machine Learning. Maîtrisez l'exécution de workloads d'entraînement et d'inférence dans un environnement cloud. La maîtrise de l’écosystème Machine Learning d’AWS est un avantage.
