ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic Engineering team at KOR. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of major engineering projects, i.e.: leading them from initial scope through to final delivery, while staying hands-on with mechanical design and technical execution.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, OEM partners, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes across KOR’s range of Heavy Vehicle - vacuum and sweeper trucks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing strategic project oversight with detailed engineering work.

SOME OF THE PRIMARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading full lifecycle engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Producing and reviewing mechanical designs, CAD models, and technical documentation
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and OEM partners
• Supporting prototype builds, testing, and design validation
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship within the engineering team
• Ensuring projects comply with relevant industry standards like Australian Design Rules (ADRs), OEM guidelines and requirements, as well as safety standards.
