JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural Drafter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local authority requirements, building codes, and structural drafting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Drafter within the UAE (consultancy experience is preferred and mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Good understanding of UAE authority approval systems and requirements (e.g., TAMM, ADM, AAM).
• Strong knowledge of structural drafting standards, design detailing, and UAE codes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Prepare structural design drawings, layouts, and details using AutoCAD and Revit, based on engineer specifications.

• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to maintain design integration and resolve potential conflicts.
• Support the preparation of documents and drawings for authority submissions and approvals.
• Maintain an organized and updated database of structural drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built design records at project completion.
