JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in steel fabrication projects. The role involves managing project costs, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring financial control throughout the lifecycle of steel structure fabrication and erection projects in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in steel fabrication or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and UAE construction standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Prepare, review, and manage detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) for steel fabrication projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, estimate materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and provide cost forecasts.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract administration.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, codes, and company policies.
