Job Description Responsible for driving project delivery across our Engineering teams, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Engaging with a multi-disciplinary team you will deliver effective and fit for purpose solutions that optimise our customer’s experience of working with Rotork. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects that align with our organisation's strategic goal Accountable for delivering small to medium size projects on time, aligned with business expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Qualifications Proven project leadership and delivery of small to medium sized projects across an engineering environment. Experience with Modular Bill of Materials (ModBOM) would be highly advantageous Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices and appropriate tools. Takes initiative and works under own direction, demonstrating self-reliance and confidence. Clear and effective communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. A team player that shares knowledge and insights, but also able to demonstrate a strong level of initiative. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; engineering background preferred Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources). Supports and encourages positive working behaviours in others during task fulfilment.
