Responsabilidades: Avaliar as necessidades de materiais, equipamentos e serviços de manutenção para os diferentes departamentos ou projetos da organização Coordenação da equipa de manutenção. Planeamento e controlo da execução dos trabalhos de manutenção corretiva e preventiva. Elaboração de inventários e relatórios de execução e desempenho. Desenvolver planos de aquisição baseados em previsões de consumo e em articulação com os restantes departamentos, assegurando a disponibilidade de todos os recursos necessários Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar potenciais fornecedores que satisfaçam os requisitos de qualidade, custo e prazo. Analisar e avaliar fornecedores com base em critérios como preço, qualidade, prazo de entrega e historial de desempenho. Negociar os termos e condições dos contratos de fornecimento, procurando obter as melhores condições em termos de preço, qualidade e prazos. Monitorizar os níveis de stock para evitar excesso ou rutura, em colaboração com a equipa de logística e operação, otimizando o armazenamento e a distribuição. Acompanhar e controlar os custos associados às aquisições, procurando reduzir despesas sem comprometer a qualidade.
