The Opportunity: Data Analyst


As a Data Analyst, you will primarily focus on day-to-day BAU (business as usual) reporting. This will include working on data and reporting casework and delivering one-off analytical reports and commercial analysis. Additionally, you will work with the wider team and assist in various ad-hoc data and reporting projects as required.

DUTIES (included, but not limited to):

  • Deliver BAU analytical requests in a proactive and value focused manner
  • Ensure that business requirements are captured correctly and that all cases are recorded and processed according to agreed procedures and governance
  • Data collection, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis using Excel and other available tools
  • Ensure that all allocated queries and cases are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Deliver accurate analytical reports and analyses
  • Identify and suggest areas for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and assist with any data and reporting tasks as required.
  • Work on complex casework with greater autonomy
  • Mentor and support junior Data Analysts
  • Represent the D&I team at functional and business meetings at specialist and manager levels
