We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Lecturer in Instrumentation and Control to join our vibrant TTE Engineering department. You will deliver high-quality teaching, engage in cutting-edge research, and contribute to curriculum development in the field of instrumentation, control systems, and automation. • The Lecturer Salary Scale is from Pt 5 – Pt 16. The salary progression criteria beyond point 11 of the Lecturer scale will be based on you achieving and maintaining, on an annual basis, the Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or QTS. To progress beyond point 14 of the Lecturer salary scale, you will be expected to achieve and maintain the Advanced Teacher Status (ATS).

As a Lecturer in Instrumentation and Control, you will:

• Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Instrumentation and Control systems within the Engineering sector.
• Provide both hands-on and theoretical instruction in specialised areas, such as Instrumentation and Control systems.
• Support students in their academic and personal development, enabling them to reach their full potential.
• Design and deliver lesson plans that bridge classroom learning with real-world applications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the student learning experience and address the diverse needs of all learners.
• Contribute to student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression by offering tailored guidance and support.
