Voici les principales responsabilités : Examiner, vérifier et valider la solidité conceptuelle des modèles, leurs tests de conception et leurs limites. S’assurer que chaque modèle répond aux besoins de l’entreprise, respecte son objectif et les exigences réglementaires et internes. Évaluer la performance et l’utilisation optimale des modèles, en identifiant les améliorations possibles. Développer des outils pour reproduire et comparer les résultats des modèles aux fins de validation. Surveiller l’évolution des marchés, produits et pratiques afin de détecter les risques de modèles nouveaux ou émergents. Rédiger des rapports de validation incluant résultats et recommandations, assurer le suivi des plans de remédiation et veiller à la fermeture des recommandations dans les délais. Contribuer au maintien d’un inventaire des modèles, à l’évaluation des risques, à la communication des pratiques normalisées et au développement des procédures de validation. Participer à la revue indépendante des rapports ESCAP et TCM des différentes entités du Groupe. Ce qui pourrait accélérer votre succès dans ce poste Nous cherchons une personne qui : Possède un diplôme universitaire en actuariat, comptabilité ou discipline connexe et cumule au moins 5 années d’expérience pertinente en modélisation avancée. Est reconnue pour sa capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles plateformes et à reproduire des calculs complexes à partir des premiers principes. Se démarque par ses solides compétences en analyse, synthèse et communication de résultats complexes, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Démontre une excellente maîtrise des outils : chiffriers, bases de données, logiciels mathématiques et langages de programmation. Comprend bien les produits d’assurance vie et IARD ainsi que les attentes réglementaires en matière de gestion du risque de modèle.
