The role is designed to support the management team by being a visible leader and effective point of escalation for the operations team. They support the operations team through being a source of knowledge and technical expertise, able to review sensitive deliverables, and imparts knowledge on others. This candidate has strong commercial acumen and can effectively communicate with multiple internal departments or client to create results and meet deadlines.
