Presales Deliver tailored, high-impact demos to hospital stakeholders. Provide clinical and technical input during RFPs and customer meetings. Analyse workflows and map product benefits to hospital environments. Support sales with competitive insights and configuration advice. Training & Onboarding Design and deliver training programs for hospital staff across roles. Run live and virtual sessions to ensure readiness pre-launch. Create and maintain training materials (manuals, e-learning, guides). Lead onboarding from kick-off to post-launch handover. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Support teams. Represent hospital users, feeding insights back into product development.
