SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The project coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, operation, and planning of programs and projects in the Quality Department. This role involves submitting applications, meeting deadlines, coordinating schedules, problem-solving, task delegation and coordination, developing budgets, and ensuring project success from beginning to end. The project manager should be good with people and organization. Leadership, multitasking, interpersonal, change-management, and problem-solving skills are core attributes of a great project manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Associate degree or higher and/or experience in healthcare settings.
