JOB SUMMARY
A hospital client based in Hyannis, MA has an onsite contract opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Shift schedule is 3 PM - 11 PM EST with rotating days, weekends, and holidays. Occasional schedule can be 4 PM - 12 AM (midnight) EST. Total of 32 hours per week with some opportunity to pick up additional shifts. This position with cover the ED.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is an active part of the multidisciplinary team and is focused on discharge planning, conducting initial clinical assessments, prepares initial treatment plan, conducts group therapy and individual/family counseling, and crisis intervention.
