Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Demi Chef who’ll support all kitchen activities and prepare our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine. You’ll ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions are kept to our high standards - to make sure your kitchen is always running smoothly.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
• Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste
• Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback - recognise good performance
• Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed HACCP requirements
• Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player

What We need from you:

• Qualified – Completion of your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Must hold a current Safe Food Handling Certification
• Articulate – a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
• Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guests leaves with great memories
• The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Experienced – 2 years’ experience as a chef supervisory expereince is beneficial
