Keep detailed internal, manual and computerized record-keeping systems Communicate with suppliers and departments to ensure smooth flow of receiving Maintains a close working relationship with the stores, purchasing and accounting offices and all other departments. Ensure hotel and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Process and record all incoming and outgoing packages both for internal departments and external guests Maintains a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance Operate pallet jack or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 2 year recent experience as a Full Cycle Receiver or Accounts Payable clerk Ability to multi task within strict deadlines while displaying attention to detail Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and commitment Demonstrate knowledge and commitment of safe (OHNS and HACCP) working procedures Demonstrate excellent organizational skills Fluent in in Excel, e-mail and accounting/receiving systems. Previous knowledge of Birchstreet platform an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to interact with suppliers and internal departments Ability to lift up to 50lbs, move and operate equipment like pallet jack.
