Description du poste En collaboration avec le Chef barman, le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de prendre les commandes, de préparer et de servir les cocktails et boissons en vue de répondre aux demandes de la clientèle. Tâches et responsabilités Prend les commandes des clients de l’Artéfact et effectue le service des plats et des cocktails et/ou boissons commandés ; Prépare et sert les boissons alcoolisées ou non-alcoolisées directement aux clients ; Prend les commandes de la clientèle et des serveurs ; Perçoit le paiement des boissons et inscrit les ventes ; Prépare les attentions spéciales des clients de l’hôtel ; Effectue le service aux chambres en collaboration avec les commis en fonction ; Maintient et contrôle les stocks ; Assure le renfort pour les pauses café ; Toutes autres tâches connexes.
