Saisir les données dans le système comptable en s’assurant que toutes les informations nécessaires (numéro de facture, montant, date, etc.) sont correctement enregistrées et bien classées pour une traçabilité optimale. Préparer les paiements des fournisseurs : Gérer la planification et l'exécution des paiements aux fournisseurs, en respectant les délais convenus. Vérifier les termes des contrats pour s'assurer que tous les paiements sont effectués de manière correcte et ponctuelle, en évitant tout retard susceptible de nuire aux relations commerciales. Clôturer les comptes fournisseurs de manière hebdomadaire et mensuelle : Réaliser les clôtures de comptes à la fin de chaque semaine et mois, en s’assurant que toutes les transactions sont bien enregistrées. Cette tâche inclut la réconciliation des factures, des paiements et des soldes en cours pour garantir que les livres comptables sont à jour et exacts.
