Description du poste Assurer un service attentionné et courtois en tout temps, préparer le service du matin (boîtes à lunch, café pour le lobby) et planifier les pauses café pour le lendemain. Prendre les commandes en cuisine de manière efficace, apporter rapidement et avec précision les plats et boissons aux clients, en vérifiant la qualité et la présentation. Débarrasser les étages et maintenir un environnement propre et organisé tout au long du service. Effectuer les opérations de facturation sur Micros et procéder à l'encaissement des paiements de manière précise Maîtriser les détails du menu (plats, garnitures, préparation) et des boissons, tout en respectant les normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et les procédures en place.
