Position: Hospitality Service Specialist / Server
Location: 205 Main Street, Port Stanley, Ontario inside The Telegraph House
Pay: $17.60
Availability: 8 - 24+ hours a week
Shift: 930am - 430pm or anything in between.
Availability For Occasional Evening Events

Welcome to Littles Midnight Bakery — where cozy meets cool and clothing meets bakery. We’re a small, family-run business, and when you join our team, you work with us, not just for us. Our bakery is tucked inside the beautiful, historic Telegraph House in Port Stanley, where we share a charming space with Latika Fashions. Here, guests can enjoy more than just great food and drinks — they get a full “shop and sip” experience. From wine and bakery treats to style and service, you’ll help create a space that’s as warm and unique as the people who walk through our door.
We serve up delicious drinks, fresh-baked treats, simple lunch menu items and good vibes. With our modern buzzer system and casual table service, we keep things efficient but never impersonal. If you’re someone who enjoys a little hustle, loves great coffee, and values connection with customers, this might be your kind of place.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Serving experience required.
Must have or be willing to obtain your Smart Serve*
Food Handlers Certificate is a bonus. but not required.
Must be comfortable being on your feet and multitasking
Must be 18+

YOUR ROLE AT LITTLES

As a Hospitality Service Specialist / Server, you’re the heart of the guest experience. You’ll take orders, make drinks, keep things clean, and respond when customers buzz for attention — whether they’re seated inside, outside, poolside, or walking up to the bar. You won’t be “waiting tables” in the traditional sense, but you will be part of creating an awesome and welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors. If you’re great with people, enjoy staying active, and like variety in your day, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Greet and serve customers who come to the front counter
Take and process orders using our Square POS system
Make coffee (hot & iced), tea, and smoothies
Plate or pack bakery (dessert) items depending on dine-in or take-out
Serve canned beer, canned and glassed wine, canned cider, canned spritzers and canned mead. (no mixing required!)
Respond to buzzer alerts promptly and deliver orders to tables.
Refill and restock items as needed
Maintain cleanliness in and outside the bakery, including sweeping/blowing debris from the patio, cleaning the bathroom, and maintaining a clean bar area, including dishwashing - if needed.
Put out and bring in outdoor chair cushions daily & water plants.
Your role involves anticipating and meeting guest needs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable attitude are key.
You will help uphold the brand’s standards of service and contribute to the smooth operation of the bakery.
