This position is responsible for supporting ongoing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including website management, digital listings, email marketing, and OpenTable marketing. This role also contributes to cross-channel storytelling through collaboration with the social media team on select campaigns and content creation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and best practices. The Day to Day: Website Management & Digital Content Maintain and update restaurant, venue, and corporate websites using WordPress, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards. Refresh website imagery and copy to support seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Audit website content regularly to ensure optimal user experience, consistency, and SEO best practices. Support the creation and optimization of digital content, including news posts and promotional updates, designed to drive engagement and support business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to implement new website features or content updates as required. Email Marketing Plan, build, and deploy branded email campaigns through Mailchimp to promote restaurant and corporate initiatives. Source imagery, write engaging copy, and ensure brand consistency across all campaigns. Maintain the email marketing calendar, track campaign performance, and prepare reports outlining key metrics and insights. Identify opportunities to grow and optimize O&B’s email database and engagement rates. Digital Listings & OpenTable Marketing Audit and maintain digital listings across Google, Bing, and other relevant platforms, ensuring all citations are accurate and optimized. Manage OpenTable profiles, updating copy, images, and promotional tools to reflect current offerings and campaigns. Launch, monitor, and report on OpenTable marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and timely delivery. Ensure consistency across all online business listings, including hours, contact information, and promotional content. Social Media Collaboration Support cross-channel storytelling by collaborating with the social media team on select campaigns, contributing to content creation, and participating in photo and video shoots to ensure digital consistency across platforms. Work collaboratively to align website, email, and social media initiatives to maintain brand consistency. Monitor digital and social trends to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement. Reporting & Optimization Track and analyze, and prepare reports on performance across digital channels, summarizing insights and identifying opportunities for optimization. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to support ongoing innovation within the team. Qualifications Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
