OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining and catering is a plus, as we strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, with a focus on food preparation and cooking.
  • Familiarity with fine dining concepts and standards is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a dietary department is an advantage.
  • Strong knife skills and ability to prepare various types of cuisine.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
  • Experience in catering or event meal preparation is beneficial but not mandatory. Join our team and contribute your culinary talents to create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
