Be active in the boutique, providing recommendation to guests Handles end to end customers’ orders; Sells and prepares coffee drinks and beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee and/or drinks, such as, expresso, cappuccino, latte, brewed tea, cold brews, etc.; Answer customers’ questions, presents and explains the various beverage offerings; Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, baked goods Keeps equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by adhering to the health and safety guidelines; Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and/or proposing re-designed processes and implementing changes; Maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar; Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments; Experienced and comfortable working under pressure during busy shifts.
