As a Shift Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations, develop Team Members, and contribute to a positive and healthy culture. You’ll also be paired with a Director or the Owner/Operator, Manda Taylor, to help guide your leadership journey.

• Lead AM or PM shifts 2–3 times per week, supporting other leaders and ensuring smooth operations on other shifts
• Model and uphold Chick-fil-A brand standards (food safety, cleanliness, speed, hospitality, and food quality)
• Create consistency in daily operations by fostering teamwork, positivity, and organization
• Ensure Team Members are trained, equipped, and empowered to provide Remarkable experiences to every guest
• Coach Team Members in food safety, speed, quality, and hospitality
• Monitor shift accountability, cash handling, and restaurant cleanliness/safety
• Solve operational challenges and keep shifts running smoothly
• Master all positions in either Front of House (Hospitality) or Back of House (Kitchen)
