We seek a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Inn of The Five Graces Food & Beverage service operations. The suitable candidates should have experience working in a refined restaurant service environment. We seek candidates who are dependable, friendly and have reliable transportation. This is a full-time position that includes morning shifts only.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• excellent customer service.
• able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• assisting with serving
• Responsible for assisting the guests’ needs, responding to their inquiries, and immediately addressing their concerns.
• ensuring the timely and accurate serving of orders.
• Running food to patrons’ tables.
• Ensure that all tables are cleared and reset promptly.
• Ensure that all side work is completed at the beginning and end of each shift, including polishing silverware and water glasses.
• Create a schedule.
• Keep track of employee performance.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager.
