Quaintrelle Medical Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for an organized, personable, and proactive Office Administrator to become an integral part of our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Manage appointment bookings and provider schedules
  • Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and communications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Order and manage clinic inventory and supplies
  • Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks
  • Support the owner with business organization, scheduling, and operational projects
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
