Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Manage inbound/outbound calls: schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and support patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental. Process patient information, insurance details, and claims according to office policies. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow. Support treatment plan coordination and financial discussions, when required. Complete administrative duties including filing, data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area. Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental or medical administration experience (dental preferred). Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with dental software is an asset. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional presentation, positive attitude, and patient-centered mindset.
