D’autre part, le personnel administratif responsable des services aux élèves au conseil scolaire et/ou la direction de l’école peuvent affecter à l’aide-enseignant(e) d’autres tâches complémentaires.   Les soins de la personne - L’aide-enseignant(e) devra, sous la direction de l’enseignant(e) responsable et/ou de l’équipe de planification de programme : Aider les élèves à se nourrir si nécessaire; Aider les élèves à se laver si nécessaire; Aider les élèves quand ils vont aux toilettes si nécessaire; Donner aux élèves leurs médicaments et effectuer les procédures de soins médicaux nécessaires sous la direction de l’école et en conformité avec la politique du conseil scolaire ainsi que les politiques du ministère de l’Éducation et de la Culture et du ministère de la Santé en ce qui concerne les prises de médicaments des élèves. Les procédures concernant les prises de médicaments et les soins médicaux dans le contexte de l’école sont décrites dans un document d’information du ministère de l’Éducation et de la Culture intitulé Médicaments et traitements médicaux dans les écoles publiques; Aider les élèves dans leurs déplacements pendant la journée à l’école, à savoir : les soulever et les mettre en place, leur faire faire des exercices et leur servir de soutien comme cela est décrit dans le PPI ou dans le plan de physiothérapie/ergothérapie, les faire monter et descendre des véhicules de transport scolaire et les accompagner pendant les programmes éducatifs qui se déroulent dans la communauté quand cela est nécessaire; Surveiller les élèves de façon à s’assurer qu’ils sont en sécurité; Aider les élèves à utiliser leurs appareils fonctionnels si nécessaires; Aider les élèves à s’habiller et à se déshabiller si nécessaire.  Il ne faut pas oublier que cette aide doit seulement être fournie quand l’élève est incapable d’accomplir ces tâches par lui-même. L’indépendance et l’autonomie de l’élève sont fortement encouragées et acceptées.  Soutien en gestion du comportement et en sécurité personnelle - L’aide-enseignant(e) devra, sous la direction de l’enseignant(e) responsable et/ou de l’équipe de planification de programme : Contribuer à encourager les élèves à se développer sur le plan des émotions, du bien-être et de l’autonomie; Encourager les élèves à acquérir une plus grande estime d’eux-mêmes et une plus grande dignité; Encourager tous les élèves à interagir de façon positive; Contribuer à motiver les élèves et les encourager à participer; Contribuer à la mise en place des plans de gestion du comportement conçus par l’enseignant(e) et/ou l’équipe de planification de programme (par exemple: utiliser des stratégies de désescalade, favoriser les compétences prosociales et de résolution de conflit et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'apaisement); Contribuer aux réunions de planification des plans de gestion du comportement et aux autres réunions requises.   Les aide-enseignant(e)s ne doivent pas avoir de responsabilités ni oeuvrer dans les domaines suivants :Planification et présentation des activités d’apprentissage; par exemple, élaborer des plans de leçons bien précis, choisir des matériaux pédagogiques, identifier des activités d’apprentissage; Conception ou mise en place des évaluations du travail des élèves ou de leur progression Remplacement de l’enseignant/e; Évaluation du personnel professionnel ou non professionnel; Évaluation des programmes des écoles; Compte rendus auprès des parents ou des agences concernées indépendamment de l’enseignant/e responsable et/ou de l’équipe de planification de programme;  Accès aux informations contenues dans les dossiers des élèves ou dans des dossiers confidentiels ou enregistrement d’information dans ces dossiers.  AUTRES INFORMATIONS   Seules les candidatures soumises en français seront considérées.
