Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Summer Camp Director to guide campers through a summer filled with fun, friendship, and unforgettable adventures. This is your chance to lead, inspire, and create lifelong memories for children while being part of a supportive, award-winning team. Schedule: Pre-summer: Up to 3 hours per week, increasing to up to 6 hours per week beginning mid-June Summer: Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Potential to continue beyond summer with different hours Location: Dorset Elementary School in Dorset, VT Status: Part-time, non-exempt Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
