Duties Include: Opens all business and trust deposit accounts. Knowledgeable about business structures and what is needed for account opening. Completes all maintenance requests for business accounts, including changing or removing signers, adding accounts, etc. Responds to business member inquiries regarding the operation of accounts, access to services, account discrepancies, ordering business checks and debit cards, and assisting with complaint resolution. Cross-sells credit union business deposit services and loan products to members and non-members. Provides all appropriate disclosures for business account establishment.
