Job Description En pleine phase de croissance rapide, notre client recherche un·e Vice-Président·e Produits et Technologies visionnaire, capable de définir la feuille de route technologique, de diriger une équipe en expansion et de garantir que les solutions développées restent à la fois évolutives, sécurisées et cliniquement pertinentes. Le ou la futur·e VP Produits et Technologies jouera un rôle clé pour : Allier vision stratégique et exécution opérationnelle ; Assurer une croissance rapide et conforme aux normes de santé internationales ; Poser les bases technologiques et culturelles qui feront de nous un leader mondial de l’IA en santé. Responsabilités principales : Stratégie Produits + Tech : Définir et exécuter une feuille de route intégrée alignant innovation IA, pertinence clinique et évolutivité de la plateforme. Conception Produits IA : Transformer des modèles ML/IA en solutions de santé intuitives, sûres et génératrices de résultats mesurables. Architecture SaaS : Superviser le développement de plateformes sécurisées, globales et multi-tenants. Leadership transversal : Diriger les équipes Produit, Ingénierie et Go-to-Market pour maximiser l’impact. Conformité & Sécurité : Mettre en œuvre des pratiques de développement respectant les standards HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR et autres normes mondiales. Gestion des risques IT : Superviser l’infrastructure interne, la sécurité des terminaux, l’accès aux systèmes et la résilience des réseaux. Culture de sécurité : Promouvoir une mentalité “security-first” dans l’ensemble de l’organisation. Qualifications 10 à 15 ans d’expérience en direction technologique, idéalement dans le SaaS, l’IA et/ou la santé réglementée. Succès avéré dans la construction et le passage à l’échelle de plateformes technologiques dans un contexte startup ou scale-up. Solide expérience en IA/ML, infrastructures cloud modernes et conformité santé. Expérience dans le passage de produits de 0 → 1 → marché global. Maîtrise des pratiques de sécurité et conformité (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, etc.) incluant l’implémentation et la préparation aux audits. Expérience en gestion des opérations IT internes : gestion des identités, sécurité des accès, intégrité réseau, outils SaaS. Capacité à équilibrer vision et pragmatisme, rapidité et rigueur de standards. Expérience en gestion d’équipes techniques diverses, multiculturelles et distribuées. Communication claire et leadership transversal, capable de collaborer avec les équipes Produits, Cliniques, GTM et RH. Esprit entrepreneurial, sens de l’initiative et approche orientée solutions.
