About the role We are looking for a Document Controller to support the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects by ensuring project information is accurate, controlled, and easy to navigate. This role is central to keeping project teams aligned, compliant, and working from the correct information in a highly regulated environment. Working closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors, you will coordinate the flow of drawings, technical documents, and formal records, supporting governance, audits, and project close‑out activities. Attention to detail, organisation, and discretion are essential. The base for this role will be in Swindon.
