As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches.
Modio Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and delivering insightful reports for our clients and internal teams, helping them make data-driven decisions and support their operational data needs. You will work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create clear, actionable reports using our BI solution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet client needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Utilize BI Analyst’s tech stack including, Snowflake, DBT, Metabase, and other tools

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Excel
• Experience working in a data warehouse
• Competent experience with SQL with knowledge dealing with multiple joins and CTE’s
• Ability to stay organize working in a Jira Kanban environment

Education & Years of Experience:

• 1+ years of SQL experience
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience with Snowflake and SnowSQL
• Experience with Metabase and/or Tableau (or a similar BI tool)

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 - $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
