Coordinates patient care planning with other departments and centers as appropriate. Directly supervises Front Office Team Leader, Back Office Supervisor/Back Office, employees and subordinate supervisors in the Center for Family Health Clinic. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Plan, organize and supervise the work of others to achieve organizational goals. Oversees Patient flow in the Center and creates staff assignments accordingly. Monitors budgetary items and prepares related reports. Prepares and or coordinates activities that help to improve operations and/or change service delivery. Reports safety concerns, incidents to Director of Operations. Responsible for ensuring productivity reports, statistics, notification forms and, patient charges are done.
