POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Healthcare Trainers to support Project Coral, a major transformation program within Beaumont Hospital. This role is critical to the successful implementation and adoption of new healthcare systems and technologies, ensuring end-users are confident and proficient in their use.
As a Healthcare Trainer, you will deliver engaging training sessions, provide frontline support, and act as a vital link between hospital staff and the project team. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, improve patient care processes, and drive user adoption.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT & USER ADOPTION:

• Act as a change ambassador, helping staff transition smoothly to new workflows and technologies.
• Communicate key messages effectively, reinforcing the benefits of the system to encourage user adoption.
• Gather feedback from end-users and provide insights to the project team for continuous improvement.
• Support engagement initiatives to foster a positive learning culture and reduce resistance to change.
