This is an Hourly position. **1.75 2nd shift differential** Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Room Service Ambassador follows established policies and procedures for verification of diet order accuracy in the room service ordering system, processes patient meal orders within therapeutic diet guidelines, communicates with tray line, dietitian, nursing and patients on patient food service related issues. Provides a high quality dining experience to patients which meets their nutritional requirements and service expectation regarding temperature, timeline and food quality. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: NA Other Licenses/Certifications: ​Food Handlers Certification required within 6 months of hire. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
