Zudem wird auch das Á-la-Carte Restaurant und das Hotel im Gutshof Sagmühle durch die Inhaberfamilie Lidl betrieben. Unser Küchendirektor Christian Müller hat nur eines im Sinn: er will der Zunge schmeicheln und den Gaumen streicheln. Hierfür lässt er seiner Kreativität freien Lauf und bereitet tagtäglich "haubenverdächtige“ Köstlichkeiten im Restaurant zu, auch dann, wenn die Gäste einer kalorienbewussten Trennkost den Vorzug geben. In unserem Halbpensionspreis ist täglich ein auserlesenes 4-Gang-Menü mit Menüwahl sowie immer donnerstags ein Galadinner inbegriffen. Für unsere Küchencrew im Hotel suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Souschef/in (m/w/d) Aufgaben Einsatz auf dem jeweils zugeteilten Küchenposten. Zubereitung von Gerichten entsprechend dem aktuellen Speisenangebot. Sorgfältige, fachgerechte Lagerung und Verwendung von Rohstoffen und Produkten. Pflege, Kontrolle, kostenbewusster Einsatz und rechtzeitige Anforderung aller verwendeten Materialien. Ausarbeitung neuer Gerichte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung. Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Hygienerichtlinien. Ihr Einsatz erfolgt nach Dienstplan im Wechsel mit Kollegen innerhalb einer 5-Tage-Woche, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen, in der Regel im Durchdienst Qualifikation Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin bzw. Koch. Erste Kenntnisse der gehobenen Küche sowie Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sind von Vorteil. Eine saubere Arbeitsweise und gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Sie sind bereit, im Wechsel mit den Kollegen auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.
