Job Description WHS Compliance & Safety Culture: Coordinate WHS activities, manage incidents, conduct risk assessments, and champion a proactive safety culture. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Audits, Reporting & Compliance: Lead WHS audits, maintain compliance records, analyse safety trends, and ensure contractor compliance. Training, Onboarding & Engagement: Deliver WHS training, support onboarding, maintain training compliance, and coach leaders to strengthen safety capability. Continuous Improvement & ESG: Drive continuous improvement by leading environmental audits, supporting ESG reporting, and enhancing safety and operational performance.
