This may include food and beverage/front office/housekeeping. Meet and greet all clients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner Attend to check in and check out of guests in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with correct procedures Ensure that all guests accounts are properly receipted, recorded, and reconciled by following operating guidelines Ensure that client needs are met by providing accurate and relevant information by phone and over the counter Maintain a high standard of customer service through handling all customers in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner Ensure that appropriate and relevant promotional material is available for clients by maintaining adequate supplies and presentation Maximise room sales and conversion of enquires through pro-active sales activity and techniques appropriate to the customer and selling period Be familiar with and adhere to company occupational health and safety policies and procedures Employees must ensure they comply with Travel + Leisure’s OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by Travel + Leisure. Employees must not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
