Description du poste Vérifier et saisir les factures dans le système comptable : Examiner attentivement les factures reçues pour en vérifier la conformité, la précision et l'exhaustivité des informations. Saisir les données dans le système comptable en s’assurant que toutes les informations nécessaires (numéro de facture, montant, date, etc.) sont correctement enregistrées et bien classées pour une traçabilité optimale. Préparer les paiements des fournisseurs : Gérer la planification et l'exécution des paiements aux fournisseurs, en respectant les délais convenus. Vérifier les termes des contrats pour s'assurer que tous les paiements sont effectués de manière correcte et ponctuelle, en évitant tout retard susceptible de nuire aux relations commerciales. Clôturer les comptes fournisseurs de manière hebdomadaire et mensuelle : Réaliser les clôtures de comptes à la fin de chaque semaine et mois, en s’assurant que toutes les transactions sont bien enregistrées. Cette tâche inclut la réconciliation des factures, des paiements et des soldes en cours pour garantir que les livres comptables sont à jour et exacts. Effectuer le rapprochement des relevés de comptes avec les fournisseurs : Analyser et confronter les relevés bancaires ou les relevés de comptes des fournisseurs avec les écritures internes pour détecter toute divergence. Cela permet de résoudre rapidement les erreurs ou omissions éventuelles et d'assurer la fiabilité des données financières. Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux courriels entrants et appels des fournisseurs : Traiter toutes les demandes reçues par téléphone ou email de manière courtoise et efficace. Respecter les politiques et procédures internes du département : Appliquer strictement les règles et procédures établies au sein du département financier pour assurer la conformité légale et la transparence des pratiques comptables. Ce respect des standards internes garantit également que les activités sont menées avec rigueur et efficacité. Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et courriels des clients : Gérer les demandes des clients, notamment celles relatives à la facturation, aux paiements ou aux informations sur leurs comptes. Fournir des réponses claires et professionnelles pour résoudre leurs questions ou préoccupations de manière rapide et satisfaisante. Préparer, vérifier et envoyer les factures aux clients : Assurer l’émission des factures correctes, en vérifiant les informations de chaque commande avant leur envoi. Gérer les demandes des clients concernant les facturations, en apportant les ajustements nécessaires si des erreurs sont détectées, et en garantissant que toutes les factures sont envoyées dans les délais impartis.
